I have to be honest this alcohol adventure has taken many twists and turns and every one of those kinks in the road has made me stronger, more knowledgeable, more qualified to support others.  Armed with a diploma in Alcohol Free coaching and positive psychology and an entire life that has been impacted by alcohol in some capacity I have the experience, I have the knowledge and I have the compassion and desire to help others find that something else.
